Argentine Tango Social Dancers, Performers, Teachers, Organizers and DJs with 20+ years of Argentine Tango experience between them. They have studied with more than 60 tango masters both here in the USA and Argentina in all three styles of Tango – Milonguero, Salon and Neuvo. They travel to Buenos Aires for immersion within the dance, culture and traditions of the dance. Finalists in the USA Argentine Tango Salon Competition 2012 and 2014, competed in the 2012 Mundial Buenos Aires Competition in Salon Category. Based in Tucson they also do teaching tours across the USA and Australia. Produced and performed TangoAllure, 2010 and performed in the I-CAN Tango Extravaganza, 2012 and 2014. Founders of the annual Tucson Tango Festivals. Rusty and Jo are passionate about Argentine Tango and enjoy sharing that passion with their students. Their instruction focuses on connection, embrace, partnering, body awareness and musicality. They emphasize technique, and concepts with the goal of assisting dancers to develop their individual style and ability to improvise.
